About the Products

All the pieces you see are handmade at the time of purchase. We make each item unique to you out of our little workshop in Nashville, TN. Should you have any questions that aren't answered below, please don't hesitate to contact us. Also, if you don't see a specific item in the shop, we LOVE doing custom orders. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19 or high volume postal delays

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of the US and would like something shipped, please send us an email and we can discuss a potential exception 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


All items are handmade, therefore will vary slightly from each other. We use Sterling Silver and Gold-Filled wire – these metals will tarnish over the years with use and exposure to the elements. You can use jewelry polish on the handmade items or leave the tarnish for the natural “antiqued” look.

If you're purchasing item as a gift, special packaging and a hand written note can be included at no extra cost. Please inform us of any details necessary in the comments section when purchasing.
